Power Yoga

The course power yoga consists of weekly active and challenging classes. The sun salutations, which form a central part of these classes, will warm up the body and keep it supple, combining movement and relaxation. This will improve your stamina and develop your awareness. The energy that you have in you will be released and start to flow. You will learn breathing techniques, meditation and various aspects of yoga philosophy incorporated in the poses that we practice. After a power yoga class most people feel invigorated, a combination of being full of energy and yet peaceful inside, a wonderful way to feel! Clothing advice: sports wear.
