Activities grant

The Usva Activities grant is intended for cultural student organisations that organise specific activities during a period of one year.

This grant replaces the Organisation Grant as Usva knew it before. From 2019 on the organisations can apply for the Activities Grant for Cultural Organisations’ of the CUOS at Usva instead.

Am I eligible? 
To be eligible for the activities grant your organisation must fulfill to a number of conditions:  

• the organisation has a legal statute with full legal authority; 
• the organisation has proven its existence for at least two years in the cultural student life, although this need not have been as a legal entity;
• at least 50% of the organization's executive board is comprised of university students; 
• at least 50% of all participants in the organisation's activities are university students; 

All conditions for grant awarding can be found in the Activities Grant Regulations*.

*This document still needs to be approved by the University Council and is therefore not resistant to changes.

Applications should be sent before the 1st of February of each year.
