Join the yoga course and explore the practice of breath work and get familiar with classical yoga postures. We will alternate active postures with relaxing postures to create the perfect balans to recharge.

 

Are you curious of yoga but not sure if this is something for you? This course is suitable for beginners. All postures will be explained properly and can be adapted to what feels best for your body.
